If energy allows, travel to the Central Coast and overnight at The Entrance.

With a good night’s sleep behind you, go water-skiing, scuba diving, kayaking or sailing on the clear waters of the Central Coast. If water activities are not for you, try horse riding, bushwalking or a 4WD tour. The short trip to Nelson Bay will allow time to choose your accommodation.

Nelson Bay and its surrounds provide a myriad of activities. From scuba diving, jet skiing, boat cruises, bike riding or surfing, to a 4WD tour and sand boarding at nearby sand dunes, Port Stephens caters to every whim. Follow the Bucketts Way to Gloucester and spend the afternoon canoeing peaceful rivers or kayaking exciting rapids.
Continue to Taree for your evening relaxation.

The hinterland between Taree and Port Macquarie is home to many activities for the adventurous: abseiling, 4WD tours, microlight flights, skydiving, mountain bike treks, canoeing and hang-gliding.
At Kempsey, 1.5 hours’ drive north of Taree, take the drive to South West Rocks for diving, deep sea fishing and bushwalking or make your way to Crescent Head for some of the east coast’s magnificent surfing spots. Spend more time in this area as your next stop, Coffs Harbour, is only a short drive north.

| Day 5 - Coffs Harbour to Grafton |

Stay a day or two in the Coffs Coast to make sure you try all the action available: game fishing, 4WD tours, tandem skydiving, go-kart driving, white water rafting, bush walking, gold panning or golf. The short drive to Grafton will leave you with plenty of time for a leisurely horse ride before relaxing over a scrumptious meal at the club.

The Northern Rivers region has activities in abundance, whatever your mood and budget. Experience a Harley ride through the hinterland, hang-gliding over the ocean, sea kayaking around headlands, diving in an underwater paradise or take windsurfing lessons. There is something for everyone, for just the day or the whole holiday.

At the Gold Coast choose your activity depending on your mood. If thrills and spills are on your list, spend time at the nearby theme parks. For something different, try bungy jumping, abseiling, ballooning or a helicopter flight.
Taste the Aussie life at a hinterland hideaway with whip cracking, sheep shearing and horse riding. Before retiring, treat yourself to the dazzling night life, a 24-hour casino, theatre restaurant or sports club.

| Day 8 - Surfers Paradise to Brisbane |

In Brisbane, take a tandem parachute jump, rock climb, play golf, hire a bicycle and tour the South Bank Parklands or take an armchair ride through the universe at the Planetarium’s Cosmic Skydome. Feast at one of the many restaurants and brasseries, have a flutter at the casino and dance the night away at a disco.

| Day 9 - Brisbane to Sunshine and Fraser Coast |

Start your day with a balloon flight over Brisbane before heading off to the Sunshine or Fraser Coast. Harley bike rides, rock climbing, 4WD tours and bushwalking are available in the Sunshine hinterland. Hervey Bay is an excellent base for snorkelling, scuba diving, jet skiing, whale watching, wind surfing or a 4WD tour of Fraser Island.
