Thunderbolts Way covers the scenic inland route from Nelson Bay at Port Stephens, to Goondiwindi in Queensland. It passes through the towns of Raymond Terrace, Stroud, Gloucester, Barrington, Nowendoc, Walcha, Uralla, Inverell to Goondiwindi.
